Summaries. No summary of this Agreement or any Exhibit, Schedule or other document delivered with this Agreement that is prepared by or on behalf of any Party will affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement or such Exhibit, Schedule or document.
Summaries. For the convenience of both parties a Leased Parcel Summary and a Rental Summary are attached to this Lease Agreement.
Summaries. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any summary of this Agreement, such as a summary provided in a document to Employee, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control and the summary shall not be used to interpret or construe this Agreement.

On an annual basis (or at such other more frequent intervals as Administrative Agent may request in its reasonable discretion), furnish to Administrative Agent summaries of all insurance policies (and, if requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, true and complete copies thereof) and evidence of insurance in the form of (i) the endorsements required under clause (c) below, (ii) an Xxxxx Form 27 with respect to casualty and Property insurance and an Xxxxx Form 25 with respect to liability insurance and (iii) if reasonably requested by Administrative Agent, declaration pages for each insurance policy.

The statements included or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus under the captions “Our Cash Distribution Policy,” and “Material U.S. Federal Income Tax Consequences” insofar as they refer to statements of law or legal conclusions, fairly summarize the matters referred to therein in all material respects, subject to the qualifications and assumptions stated therein;
Summaries. All Payment Transactions are made available in a Summary made in real-time for each Payment Account. The Customer will be able to consult their Summary in the Partner Website. The Customer will have access to the payment Accounts Summaries of all the Payment Transactions for both credits and debits on this account. The annual summary of fees is available throughout the month of January each year. A notification will be sent to them to inform them that this document has been uploaded. The consultation period is maintained for two (2) years, in addition to the current year.. LEMON WAY will retain the substantiating documents, during the applicable regulatory periods, registrations, and documents of completed Payment Transactions, on digital archives.
Summaries. Not later than two weeks prior to the Closing Date, CarrAmerica shall deliver to VANTAS a true and accurate summary (the "Summary") of the OmniUK Real Property Leases and the LuxCo Real Property Leases indicating for each such lease (i) location, (ii) rent, (iii) term, (iv) square footage of space demised thereunder, and (v) whether or not the consent of the landlord is required in order for VANTAS to be able to succeed to the rights of the tenant under such OmniUK Real Property Lease and LuxCo Real Property Lease.
Summaries. Certain provisions of these Conditions are summaries of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement and are subject to their detailed provisions. Noteholders (as defined below) and the holders of the related interest coupons, if any, (the “Couponholders” and the “Coupons”, respectively) are bound by, and are deemed to have notice of, all the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement applicable to them. Copies of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement are available for inspection upon prior written notice and satisfactory proof of holding by Noteholders during normal business hours at the Specified Offices of each of the Agents.
Summaries. Sponsor shall have the right to present summarized results of the Study to any person or entity and otherwise use such data as it deems appropriate.
