Licensee may terminate this license within ninety (90) days hereof if the data and information delivered to it by Licensor is not, in Licensee's opinion, sufficient to market and sell Products, and in such event, Licensee shall have no further financial obligation hereunder and any payments made under paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be refunded
