Sufficient Information. You acknowledge and agree that you have access to sufficient information to ensure that you can make an informed decision as to the extent to which you will choose to rely on the information in a Certificate. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Repository and your use of any GeoTrust CRL is governed by this Agreement and the GeoTrust CPS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON THE INFORMATION IN A CERTIFICATE. You also acknowledge and agree that you shall bear the legal consequences of your failure to comply with the Relying Party obligations set forth in this Agreement.
