Successors in Interest This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon any successor to the Company. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the Grantee’s legal representatives. All obligations imposed upon the Grantee and all rights granted to the Company under this Agreement shall be binding upon the Grantee’s heirs, executors, administrators and successors.
Successors, etc This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and permitted assigns.
Assignment; Successors in Interest No assignment or transfer by either party of such party’s rights and obligations hereunder shall be made except with the prior written consent of the other party hereto. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns, and any reference to a party shall also be a reference to the successors and permitted assigns thereof, including, without limitation, successors through merger, consolidation, or sale of substantially all of the Company’s equity interests or assets, and shall be binding upon Employee.
Successors and Assigns Included in Parties Whenever in this Agreement one of the parties hereto is named or referred to, the heirs, legal representatives, successors, successors-in-title and assigns of such parties shall be included, and all covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement by or on behalf of Borrower or by or on behalf of Lender shall bind and inure to the benefit of their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors-in-title and assigns, whether so expressed or not.
Successors; Assigns This Agreement shall bind, and the rights hereunder shall inure to, the respective successors and assigns of the parties hereto, subject to the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Financing Documents.
Successors Bound The covenants and agreements set forth herein shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Neither party shall be permitted to assign their rights under this Agreement without the written consent of the other party; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not limit the ability of the Custodian to delegate certain duties or services to or perform them through agents or attorneys appointed with due care as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Parties, Successors and Assigns This Amendment shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of each of the Borrowers, the Lender, and their respective successors and assigns.
Successors and Assigns; Third Parties This Agreement is intended to bind and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns, as applicable. There are no third party beneficiaries under this Agreement, and the rights or obligations of any Party under this Agreement may not be assigned, delegated, or transferred to any other person or entity.
Transfer; Successors and Assigns The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and assigns of the parties. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any party other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Successors All the covenants and provisions of this Agreement by or for the benefit of the Company or the Warrant Agent shall bind and inure to the benefit of their respective successors and assigns.
