SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OBLIGATED. 23. (a) The provisions of this Settlement Contract shall apply to and bind the successors and assigns of the parties hereto, but no assignment or transfer of this Settlement Contract or any right or interest therein shall be valid until approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.
