Common use of Successors and Assigns; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assigns; Entire Agreement. This Supplement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Additional Guarantor, the Administrative Agent and each of the Creditors and their respective successors and assigns. This Supplement and the Guaranty set forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and merges and supercedes all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of any and every nature among them. This Supplement shall be a Loan Document under the Credit Agreement. No Guarantor shall be permitted to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder except as expressly permitted pursuant to or in accordance with the Credit Agreement.
