Common use of Successor Beneficiary Clause in Contracts

Successor Beneficiary. The individuals or entities (such as a trust or estate) designated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of this Appendix to receive any undistributed amounts credited to the Account upon the death of the Beneficiary.

Successor Beneficiary. The individuals or entities (such as a trust or estate) designated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of this Appendix § 5.6(c) to receive any undistributed amounts credited to the Account upon the death of the Beneficiary.
