Common use of Subtract Clause in Contracts

Subtract. Customer agrees to construct and maintain, at its expense, all electric lines and facilities necessary to connect its facilities or installation with the private electric lines of Master Customer for the purpose specified herein; to take and pay for the electric service specified herein in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, Company's Service Regulations, and Retail Electric Provider’s applicable rate including all distribution, metering and related charges as established by tariff and subject to change by regulatory authority having jurisdiction, or by Company, to such rate as may in the future be established for application to the class of energy delivery service supplied under this agreement; and to assume all risks and liability in connection with its installation and to hold Company free and harmless from all claims for injury or damage to persons or property occurring at or from the connection to the lines of Master Customer.
