Subtract the aggregate of previous payments made by the Owner;
Subtract the aggregate of previous payments made by the Department. If the aggregate of previous payments made by the Department exceeds the amount due the Design-Builder, the Design-Builder shall promptly reimburse the difference to the Department.
Subtract. 1 1/2 months for each year the payee's year of birth exceeds 1900.
Subtract any amounts for which the Department has withheld or denied payment as provided in the Contract Documents.
Subtract. This option will remove all overlapping parts of images that are in front of other images, so that only the image located in back will remain with the overlapping parts removed.

Customer agrees to construct and maintain, at its expense, all electric lines and facilities necessary to connect its facilities or installation with the private electric lines of Master Customer for the purpose specified herein; to take and pay for the electric service specified herein in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, Company's Service Regulations, and Retail Electric Provider’s applicable rate including all distribution, metering and related charges as established by tariff and subject to change by regulatory authority having jurisdiction, or by Company, to such rate as may in the future be established for application to the class of energy delivery service supplied under this agreement; and to assume all risks and liability in connection with its installation and to hold Company free and harmless from all claims for injury or damage to persons or property occurring at or from the connection to the lines of Master Customer.

Subtract the aggregate of previous payments made by the Owner. The Owner shall also pay the Contractor fair compensation, either by purchase or rental at the election of the Owner, for any equipment owned by the Contractor which the Owner elects to retain and which is not otherwise included in the Cost of the Work under Subparagraph 15.3.1. To the extent that the Owner elects to take legal assignment of subcontracts and purchase orders (including rental agreements), the Contractor shall, as a condition of receiving the payments referred to in this Article 15, execute and deliver all such papers and take all such steps, including the legal assignment of such subcontracts and other contractual rights of the Contractor, as the Owner may require for the purpose of fully vesting in the Owner the rights and benefits of the Contractor under such subcontracts or purchase orders.

Subtract on a pro rata basis, any services less than full-time service. Position on the seniority list will be adjusted in the same manner as in M.2.
