Common use of Subtenant’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Subtenant’s Representative. Subtenant has designated Xxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx as its representatives with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Agreement, who shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Subtenant as required in this Work Agreement.
