Common use of Substitute Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall provide full service during all of the hours designated for the performance of this work and shall provide a suitable screened substitute Xxxxxx if the regular Xxxxxx is unavailable. If substitute xxxxxx is used they shall have the same basic skills and be familiar with the responsibilities required of the "regular" xxxxxx.
