Substation. The Village agrees to house certain motor fire apparatus, to be selected by the Village, at a substation building presently leased by the Village from the New Paltz Fire Company, Inc., at the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and North Putt Corners Road in the Town of New Paltz. The Town shall be responsible for removal of snow from the parking lot and driveways of the substation properties.
