Subsequent Annual Equity Grants. The Company may grant the Executive at the end of each year equity awards under the Company’s SIP, in an amount determined, and on terms and conditions specified, by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion, which terms and conditions shall be no less favorable than the terms and conditions of equity awards granted to other senior executives of the Company.
