Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Commercial Agreement: a. Application Services are purchased as subscriptions and may be accessed only in accordance with the applicable Commercial Agreement(s); b. Additional quantities may be added during the applicable Subscription Term on terms agreeable to both Parties; and c. The added quantities shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions.
