Common use of Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided specified in the applicable Order Forma Subscription Order, (a) Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) new subscriptions may be added during a subscription term Subscription Term at the same pricing price as the underlying subscription pricing, and prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (Subscription Term remaining; c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions; and d) most subscriptions have an auto-renewal provision.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Online Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (ai) Purchased Services and access to Content are purchased as subscriptions, (bii) subscriptions for Purchased Services may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for pricing or as otherwise stated on the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are addedOrder Form, and (ciii) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Premium Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) additional User subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order FormForm or Documentation, (a) Services and access to Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions. You acknowledge that We may modify the features and functionality of the Services during the Subscription Term.

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order FormForm or Documentation, (a) Paid Services and access to Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions for Paid Services may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, (a) Services and Content are purchased as subscriptions, (b) subscriptions may be added during by executing a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are addednew Order Form, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions, or as set forth in the applicable Order Form.
