Subscription and iCIMS Content. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Subscriber may use the Subscription solely for Subscriber’s and its Affiliate’s own pre-employment and employment purposes, and use the Documentation and iCIMS Content solely to support use of the Subscription under this Agreement. Subscriber may allow its Affiliates and Users to use the Subscription, Documentation and iCIMS Content subject to the same terms and conditions of this Agreement as are applicable to use by Subscriber. Subscriber shall remain fully responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of its Affiliates and Users.
