Common use of Subrent Clause in Contracts

Subrent. Any consideration of any kind received, or to be received, by Tenant from a subtenant if such sums are related to Tenant's interest in this Lease or in the Premises, including without limitation bonus money and payments (in excess of book value) for Tenant's assets, including without limitation its trade fixtures, equipment and other personal property, goodwill, general intangibles, and any capital stock or other equity ownership of Tenant.

Subrent. Any consideration of any kind received, or to be received, by Tenant from a subtenant Subtenant if such sums are directly related to Tenant's ’s interest in this Lease or in the Premises, including without limitation bonus money and payments (in excess of book value) for Tenant's ’s assets, including without limitation its trade fixtures, equipment and other personal property, goodwill, general intangibles, and any capital stock or other equity ownership of Tenant.

Subrent. Any consideration of any kind received, or to be received, by Tenant from a subtenant if such sums are related to Tenant's interest in this Lease or in the Premises, including without limitation including, but not limited to, bonus money and payments (in excess of book value) for Tenant's assets, assets including without limitation its trade fixtures, equipment and other personal property, goodwill, general intangibles, and any capital stock or other equity ownership of Tenant.

Subrent.
