Submittal Package. Prepare the submittal package and submit the adopted LCPA to the CCC for certification. Deliverables: a. Staff Reports to Planning Commission and City Council b. Adopted LCPA c. LCPA Submittal (City Council‐approved LCPA, Ordinance and Resolution, meeting minutes, and public comments)
Submittal Package. The Submittal Package is a Firm submittal or response to all Solicitation Package Requirements as stated in the Solicitation Document. The firm must complete all areas requiring a response; failure to do so may result in the Firm's Submittal Package being deemed non-responsive and not considered for award. It is also known as a Solicitation Response, Bid, Offer, Response, or Proposal.
Submittal Package.  Submit four (4) copies of the Alternate Materials & Methods Application, four (4) copies of the draft REA and four (4) copies of drawings/exhibits, prepared by the registered design professional, which meet the following requirements:  Identify the owners/parties and the properties they own.  Identify the code-regulated systems and elements affected by the subdivision.  Grant reciprocal easements between the owners and properties to run with the land with provisions equivalent to those outlined below. The actual wording of the REA will be written according to the needs of the project.

  • Submittal Reports, plans, surveys, field notes, original drawings, computer tapes, graphic files, tracings, calculations, analyses, reports, specifications, data, sketches and/or schematics prepared by A/E and supporting documents (collectively referred to hereinabove and hereinafter as the "A/E Work Product(s)"), shall be submitted by A/E on or before the dates specified for completion, as set out in the Production Schedule set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Notice of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner in writing when it has completed construction of (i) the Customer Facility;

  • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;
