Submission of Requests. The following describes processes for providing requests (which will be processed per Section VI of this procedure) for the three different types of Unplanned Outages.

Submission of Requests. Requests for educational assistance shall be submitted prior to the beginning of the course, but in no case later than the month in which the course begins. The Director of Human Resources shall inform the employee of the decision for reimbursement within 30 days after the employee’s request has been made.

The Company may refuse to accept Participants' loan requests, withdrawal requests, elections to change the percentage of Elective Deferrals, investment elections, or requests to reallocate existing Account balances during any period in which it is not administratively feasible to complete those transactions due to administrative changes in the plan's procedures provided that this refusal is uniformly enforced, provided that any required notices to Participants be distributed as required by law.

Submission of Requests. Requests for leave of absence shall be submitted to the Superintendent at least one (1) month prior to the time of the leave, but not later than June 30th, except that this provision does not apply to those leaves that have starting times determined by the nature of the leave.
