Common use of Sublessees of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant (after the applicable notice and cure periods have expired), as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder, provided that any such consideration shall be applied toward Tenant's obligation hereunder.

Whether or not In the event that Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant (after the applicable notice and cure periods have expired)Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, subject to and except as provided in Section 14.7 above, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or any portion thereof, or may, in Landlord's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder, provided that any such consideration shall be applied toward Tenant's obligation hereunder.

Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant (after that has not been cured within the applicable notice and acceptable cure periods have expired)period, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's ’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder, provided that any such consideration shall be applied toward Tenant's obligation hereunder.
