Common use of Subleases of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, then Landlord shall have the right right, at Landlord’s option in its sole discretion, (i) to terminate any and all assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or mayPremises, in Landlord’s sole discretionwhich event Landlord shall have the right to repossess such affected portions of the Premises by any lawful means, or (ii) to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any or all such assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, in which event Landlord may require any assignees, sublessees, licensees or other parties thereunder to attorn to and recognize Landlord as its assignor, sublessor, licensor, concessionaire or transferor thereunder. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. In the event of Landlord’s election If Landlord has terminated this Lease and elected to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises within ten (10) days of notice from Landlord, or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice Notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenanttenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease), as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, following any such default by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default Default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right right, subject to the terms of Section 14.9, above, to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, then, except to the extent Landlord has agreed to recognize such subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements, Landlord shall have the right right, at Landlord’s option in its sole discretion, (i) to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or mayPremises, in Landlord’s sole discretionwhich event Landlord shall have the right to repossess such affected portions of the Premises by any lawful means, or (ii) to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any or all such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, in which event Landlord may require any sublessees, licensees or other parties thereunder to attorn to and recognize Landlord as its sublessor, licensor, concessionaire or transferor thereunder. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default Event of Default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19Section 18, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangementsTransfers, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article ARTICLE 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole and absolute discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, following any such default by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, beyond any applicable notice and cure periods, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Event of Tenant’s Default, as set forth in this Article 1913, then Landlord shall have the right right, at Landlord’s option in its sole discretion (i) to terminate any and all assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or mayPremises, in Landlord’s sole discretionwhich event Landlord shall have the right to repossess such affected portions of the Premises by any lawful means, or (ii) to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any or all such assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, in which event Landlord may require any assignees, sublessees, licensees or other parties thereunder to attorn to and recognize Landlord as its assignor, sublessor, licensor, concessionaire or transferor thereunder. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such assignments, subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default Event of Default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements.
