Common use of Sublease by the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Sublease by the Tenant. The Tenant may sublease the Project to a single party or entity, with the prior written consent of the Issuer. The Tenant may sublease portions of the Project for use by others in the normal course of its business without the Issuer's prior consent or approval. In the event of any such subleasing, the Tenant shall remain fully liable for the performance of its duties and obligations hereunder, and no such subleasing and no dealings or transactions between the Issuer or the Trustee and any such subtenant shall relieve the Tenant of any of its duties and obligations hereunder. Any such sublease shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to the provisions of this Project Lease.
