SUBCONTRACTS Work. 3.1 The Subcontract’s Work is as specified in Tender Documents and the Subcontractor’s Specification or notified amendments thereto as detailed in 3.2 below. 3.2 Monodraught Ltd can alter the Subcontract’s Work by notifying any changes to the Subcontractor in writing. The price for any variations must be assessed by Monodraught Ltd to reflect a fair price and any extra costs incurred by the Subcontractor as a direct result of the variation shall be met by Monodraught Ltd.
