In implementing the requirements set forth in FAR 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, contractors shall follow the subcontracting reporting process established for 8(a) certified firms at 13 CFR 124.510. Contractors shall maintain up-to-date records concerning subcontracting costs. Subcontracting data shall be entered electronically via the GWAC Management Module. Subcontracting data shall be current within the GWAC Management Module no later than 30 calendar days after each six-month reporting period.
