ANCILLARY SUPPORT. ‌ Ancillary support, integral and necessary as part of a total integrated solution within the scope of OASIS SB for which there is not a labor category specified in OASIS SB or includes other direct costs such as travel, materials, equipment, Subcontractors, etc., to obtain a total professional service solution, are allowable costs and may be included within an individual task order under OASIS SB. ANCILLARY SUPPORT. ‌ Ancillary support, integral and necessary as part of a total integrated solution within the scope of OASIS for which there is not a labor category specified in OASIS or includes other direct costs such as travel, materials, equipment, Subcontractors, etc., to obtain a total professional service solution, are allowable costs and may be included within an individual task order under OASIS. Ancillary support may be either: "Ancillary-In-Scope," meeting the definition of an employee employed in a bona fide professional capacity contained in 29 CFR 541, Subpart D or Other Direct Costs as described above, OR "Ancillary-Out-of-Scope," as described in section C.4. The Contractor should propose and identify each ancillary support service or other direct costs separately and the OCO should identify each ancillary support service or other direct costs by a separate CLIN on the task order award. The Contractor shall report in the CPRM all ancillary labor in accordance with Section G.3.2.
ANCILLARY SUPPORT. The Contractor shall provide ancillary support as necessary to offer an integrated IT solution. The ancillary support described here may only be included in an Order when it is integral to and necessary for the IT effort. Ancillary support may include, but is not limited to, such things as: clerical support; data entry; training; subject matter expertise; server racks, mounts, or similar items; and construction, alteration, and repair. A Contractor may propose a new or different skill level category when proposing Ancillary Support consistent with this Section, provided that the Contractor complies with all applicable contract clauses and labor laws, including the Service Contract Act or the Xxxxx Xxxxx Act, as applicable.
ANCILLARY SUPPORT. C.3.1 IT services-based solutions may include work that, on its own, might not be considered IT. That work is characterized as “Ancillary Support.” Ancillary Support can be structured in Orders consistent with the overall Order type, or as part of a hybrid Order type approach, consistent with the Pricing section. OCOs clearly express the desired Order type(s) for Ancillary Support in TORs and resulting Orders.

ANCILLARY SUPPORT. 6.1 Ancillary Support: Contractor shall arrange to get the following (a) one analog phone line and high-speed access link to the Fuel Cell System Power Plant for remote monitoring; (b) provide ancillary utilities for the operation of the Fuel Cell System Power Plant; (c) City will provide onsite storage of replaced Consumables, including waste, but Contractor will arrange and pay for the removal and proper disposal of replaced Consumables and other wastes; (d) provide Contractor with biannual water and fuel analyses; and City may, but shall not be obligated to, provide City staff to assist in operation of the Fuel Cell System Power Plant; it is expressly understood that the purpose for providing such assistance shall be to provide additional training to City staff in operation of the Fuel Cell System Power Plant. Failure of the City to provide such staff assistance shall not operate to reduce or relieve Contractor’s obligation to provide operations and maintenance services.
ANCILLARY SUPPORT. The Relying IRB will perform any ancillary reviews required by the UIW IRB and provide any requirements or results of such reviews that are relevant to the UIW IRB’s review of the research.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:
