If the Contractor has an approved subcontracting plan required by law under this contract, the Contractor shall submit to the CO and the Director of DSLBD, no later than the 21st of each month following execution of the contract, a Subcontracting Plan Compliance Report to verify its compliance with the subcontracting requirements for the preceding month.
