Subcontracted Services. Seller acknowledges that work performed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company will be conducted in full accordance with all provisions and regulations indicated in 29 CFR part 1910-Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and with all applicable federal, state, county and municipal regulations and codes.
