Subcontracted Services. Provider may, directly or through one or more Affiliates, hire or engage one or more subcontractors or other third parties (each, a “Subcontractor”), or cause one or more of its Affiliates, to perform any or all of Provider’s obligations to provide Services under this Agreement; provided, that Provider shall remain ultimately responsible for ensuring that the obligations set forth in this Agreement are satisfied with respect to any Service provided by any Subcontractor or Affiliate.
Subcontracted Services. LPHAs may use all or some of HIV EISO funds to subcontract with other LPHAs or community-based organizations for delivery of EISO Services. LPHA must ensure each subcontractor adheres to the standards, minimum requirements and reporting responsibilities outlined in this Program Element. LPHA must ensure each subcontractor:
Subcontracted Services. Physician agrees to provide Medical Services to Patients in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any contract entered into by Corporation with Facilities, third party payors, other health care providers, provider networks, or other entities that provide or arrange for the provision of health services, including without limitation. Nothing in this Agreement will preclude Physician’s ability to “moonlight” so long as he/she abides by the terms of the moonlighting policies set forth in the CMEF General Information for Residents July 1, 2019 Through June 30, 2020 (“CMEF General Information”) which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit A, and (1) such outside work does not detract from Physician’s obligations to provide Medical Services under this Agreement, and (2) Physician confirms and warrants his/her understanding that services provided outside this Agreement will not be covered under liability insurance of Corporation or eligible for qualified immunity under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Subcontracted Services. 2.6.1 The Operator shall provide full details of all subcontracted Services to the Authority including Routes, Stops, Timetables, Network Bus specifications and ticketing and fare collection arrangements by Commencement Date.
Subcontracted Services. Contractor shall include but not be limited to providing the subcontracted services defined in Section 14 of this SOW.
Subcontracted Services. The User is required to give in writing to the HCCC all information about subcontracted services and personnel. User is solely responsible for the conduct of the subcontracted service personnel and for explaining HCCC terms and conditions to the subcontracted service personnel. The User shall ensure that the subcontractors understand that they are required to comply with the terms and conditions.
Subcontracted Services. Cabaletta Bio acknowledges and agrees that PENN may subcontract with a vendor (each, a “Subcontractor”) for various components of development, manufacturing, and production, including but not limited to, the quality control testing component of the development, manufacturing, and production with Cabaletta Bio’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Subcontracted Services. Subcontracted service costs that have been previously authorized in writing by Authority under a CTO must be substantiated with copies of receipts and invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors. There is no fee, profit, markup, or other additive to these costs.
Subcontracted Services. The purpose of this Agreement is for the County to contract with the Agency for residential group care services only.
