SUBCONTRACT TYPE. This Subcontract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Agreement which provides for Subcontractor to perform Task Orders as described in Article 5 herein for the procurement of products and services on a Cost Plus, Time and Materials, or a Firm Fixed Price basis. The Subcontract is subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions included herein or incorporated as Attachments hereto and made a part hereof. AverStar cannot predict accurately the types and quantities of services needed for any period of time. This Subcontract therefore does not guarantee a minimum quantity of services. The services will be ordered on specific Task Orders in response to specific requirements.
SUBCONTRACT TYPE. 1.1 This is a time and materials contract capped at the financial limit specified in Section 1 and limited to the level of effort and rates specified in this Schedule.
1.2 The Subcontractor will supply the Services based on (1) fees (time-based) for labour days at specified Gross Daily Rates (“GDRs”) and (2) expenses for actual non- labour costs incurred.
1.3 For the consideration set forth below, the Subcontractor shall deliver the Services at the level of effort in the schedule of fees and the schedule of expenses set out in this Schedule 2. If additional work or expense is required to complete the Services to the satisfaction and sign-off by Chemonics and the Authority, the Subcontractor shall provide such additional work or expense at its own cost.

SUBCONTRACT TYPE. It is understood that this is a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Infinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontract for equipment, supplies and services in support of the LTLCS Prime Contract DAAB07-01-D-H101. As required, Contractor may order any of the items specified in Attachment 1 from the Subcontractor that are necessary to be purchased by the Contractor in order to fulfill its obligations under the LTLCS Program. The minimum ordering guarantee hereunder is $__________ not to exceed a maximum of $445,299.
SUBCONTRACT TYPE. 1.1 This is a fixed price contract. As consideration for the Subcontractor delivering all the products and/or services referred to in Schedule 1, in accordance with this agreement, Chemonics shall pay the Subcontractor a total amount of [amount] payable at the times and in the instalments specified in paragraph 2.4 subject to alteration in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
SUBCONTRACT TYPE. This Subcontract is a Firm Fixed Price--Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Agreement which provides for the Subcontractor to furnish supplies and services purchased through Delivery Orders as described under the Scope of Work set forth in Article 3 herein, at the fixed unit prices set forth in EXHIBIT C, all in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions included in this Subcontract, and Delivery Orders, or incorporated as Exhibit's hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBCONTRACT TYPE. A. This Subcontract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee, (CPFF) type Agreement that establishes the terms and conditions whereunder the Prime Contractor will procure services and provides for the Subcontractor to furnish the work specified on either a CPFF/LOE ▇▇▇is as indicated in Task Orders. This Subcontract and any task orders issued hereunder are subject to the terms, conditions and provisions included herein or incorporated as Attachments hereto and made a part hereof. Such orders may be issued from the Date of Subcontract Award through April 14, 2003.
B. In the event of conflict between a task order and this Subcontract, the Subcontract shall control. The Prime Contractor cannot predict accurately the types and quantities of services needed for any period of time. At a minimum, the Prime Contractor shall order services with a value of $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars). Subcontractor shall notify Prime Contractor in writing 30 days prior to the end of the term of this Subcontract if the guaranteed minimum has not been ordered.
