SUBCONTRACT/ASSIGNMENT. (a) No subcontract shall be made by Seller with any other party for furnishing any of the articles hereunder in completed or substantially completed form, or the work herein contracted for. (b) Neither this order nor any duty or right under it shall be delegated or assigned by Seller.
