Common use of Subclass Clause in Contracts

Subclass. Contractor will use the “Medi-Cal Manual for Intensive Coordination (ICC), Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS), & Therapeutic ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries” to determine eligibility, provide services, and guide documentation of these services.
