Sub-Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractor shall provide to each proposed sub-subcontractor, prior to execution of any sub-subcontract, a copy of this Agreement and the applicable Additional Work Amendment. Subcontractor shall, as a condition to receiving Builder’s approval of any sub-subcontractor, require the sub-subcontractor to be bound in writing by the provisions of this Agreement that apply to sub-subcontractor. In addition, all sub-subcontracts shall contain the following sentence: “Builder is an intended third party beneficiary of this subcontract.”
