The SUB payments clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments are made to subcontractors involved in a project. The final week of leave immediately following the end of the entitlement period based on any combination of E.I. benefits for pregnancy/maternity, adoption or standard parental will be paid by the employer at 95% of the employee’s basic salary (formerly the second week of the E.I. waiting period). This paragraph does not apply to extended parental leave.
