Sub-Distributors. Serono shall have the right to appoint sub-distributors to assist in the marketing, sale and distribution of the Products in the Territory for use in the Field, provided that Serono shall be responsible for ensuring that such sub-distributors conduct their activities with respect to the Products in compliance with Serono's obligations under this Agreement.
