ADVC LIABLE FOR SUB-DISTRIBUTORS. 14.2.1. ADVC must ensure that each sub-Distributor complies with its sub-distribution agreement. 14.2.2. Subject to the appointment any sub-Distributor and ACT's consent to such appointment, ADVC is liable, and will remain liable, for the performance of all of ADVC's obligations under this document.
