SUB-CONTRACTING AND ASSIGNMENT. 10.1. The Provider will not assign, sub-contract or in any other way dispose of this Agreement or any part of it without prior written approval of the Commissioner. Sub-contracting any part of this Agreement will not relieve the Provider of any obligation or duty attributable to the Provider under this Agreement.
