Study Cost Allocation. Transmission Provider shall determine each Interconnection Customer’s share of the cost of a Cluster Study by allocating: (1) fifty percent (50%) of the applicable study costs to Interconnection Customers on a per capita basis based on the number of Interconnection Requests included in the applicable Cluster; and (2) fifty percent (50%) of the applicable study costs to Interconnection Customers on a pro-rata basis based on the total megawatts of Generating Facility Capacity requested to be studied in the applicable Cluster. Any refunds of deposits paid in excess of Interconnection Customer costs allocated pursuant to this Section 4.2.2 shall be issued in accordance with Section 13.3.

For example, the cost of a Cluster Study consisting of a 100 MW request and a 900 MW request would be allocated 30% to the 100 MW request and 70% to the 900 MW request. Any refunds of deposits paid in excess of Interconnection Customer costs allocated pursuant to this Article 4.2.2 shall be issued in accordance with Article 13.3.

  • Unobligated and Unearned Funds and Allowable Costs In accordance with Section 215.971, Florida Statutes, the Grantee shall refund to the State of Florida any balance of unobligated funds which has been advanced or paid to the Grantee. In addition, funds paid in excess of the amount to which the recipient is entitled under the terms and conditions of the agreement must be refunded to the state agency. Further, the recipient may expend funds only for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the specified agreement period. Expenditures of state financial assistance must be in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to expenditures of State funds, including, but not limited to, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures.
