Study aim. The aim of the study presented in this chapter will be to conduct a systematic review and meta- analysis of the literature related to the psychopathology of ED based on the RDoC domain of ‘Systems for Social Processes’. It is important to state here that the RDoC is under refinement and therefore the definitions of constructs/sub-constructs are relatively fluid. Domains which were considered to represent social processes in mental health research were not all easy to define in ED. We had several consensus meetings to operationalise domains which were particularly difficult to define.
Study aim. This study assessed whether an AI algorithm (Life Whisperer Viability) for evaluating the likelihood of clinical pregnancy improves time to pregnancy (TTP) when compared to or combined with standard morphology grading. • Retrospective study including patients who underwent IVF treatment from 2020-2023 • 305 de-identified 2D images of day 5 blastocysts (121 fresh & 184 frozen) • Images were taken prior to transfer/freezing and had matched clinical pregnancy outcomes (fetal heartbeat at first scan) • TTP (defined as the average number of transfers needed to obtain a clinical pregnancy) assessed using a simulated cohort ranking method*
