Student Senate. The Student Senate of the Venango Technology Center is the organization that provides all students with the right to express their thoughts and opinions regarding the betterment of the Venango Technology Center and its daily operation. The importance of loyalty to the School, student responsibility, leadership and pride is stressed in the activities of the Student Senate. The Student Senate member is expected to participate in volunteer and community service type activities throughout the year. There are two separate and distinct Student Senate bodies; morning and afternoon; both of which share the same Treasury funds. Two student representatives from each instructional area will be designated from both the morning and afternoon sessions and they are both considered active and eligible. Each body of Student Senate will elect a President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer.
