STUDENT SELECTION. Minimum School Day - The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall certify that it shall teach SCHOOL DISTRICT students participating as part of a CCAP Agreement no less than the number of instructional minutes required to complete a minimum school day pursuant to Education Code §§ 46141 and 46142. In all circumstances the COLLEGE shall claim allowable FTES for the enrollment of high school students in a CCAP Agreement community college course.
