Student Incentives. A&M-Commerce agrees to provide the following incentives to Dallas ISD counselors-in-training: a. $1000.00 per student for each semester b. Free admission to professional counseling conference sponsored by A&M-Commerce Department of Counseling c. Opportunity to co-present at Texas Counseling Association (TCA) and other professional counseling conferences with faculty from department d. Opportunity to publish articles with faculty in Counseling Department e. Mentoring of African American males with the Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education (TABPH)
