Student Grades. 19.2.1. Teachers shall record student grades on the form provided by the Chancellor. The report cards shall be prepared within five (5) school days after the close of each advisory/grading period, except in June when report cards shall be issued on the last day of school for students. 19.2.2. In computerized schools, teachers shall complete and submit the computer mark report and attendance forms to the school office within five (5) school days after the close of the advisory/grading period and/or the receipt of the form by the Teacher. 19.2.3. Where applicable, teachers shall complete the report required by the Governing Licensure Board.
