The Union hereby covenants and agrees that, for and during the term of this Agreement and for so long as the same continues to operate, none of the Union or any of its directors or officers, the Bargaining Unit or any of its Stewards or officials, or any employee shall demand, call for, encourage or participate in any "strike" within the meaning of the Act.
