Strikes Prohibited. 22.1 Under no circumstances will the Union cause, encourage, sponsor, or participate in any strike, sit-down, stay-in, stay-out, sick-in, sick-out, work slowdowns, withholding of services or any curtailment of work or restriction or interference with the operations of the Department or Town of Gilford during the terms of this Agreement. 22.2 Under no circumstances will the Town engage in a lock-out or furlough of bargaining unit employees.
