Strikes or Lock. outs (1) The Company and the Union agree to be bound by the provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act in respect of strikes and lock-outs. The Company and the Union agree that neither shall call, authorize, counsel, procure, support or encourage an unlawful strike or lock-out. 300 301
