Common use of STRIKE/LOCKOUT Clause in Contracts

STRIKE/LOCKOUT. The Company agrees that there will be no lockout of employees, and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slow down, sit-down or other interference with work or the Company's operations while the Agreement is in force. The Company will continue all employee benefit plans in the event of a strike at the expense of the Union.
