Common use of Streetlights Clause in Contracts

Streetlights. Boulder may, at its option, purchase the streetlights from PSCo within the City of Boulder limits, by agreement from both Parties and with PUC approval or condemnation, whether or not it exercises an opt-out of the franchise or municipalizes.
