Streetlights. Developer shall install or cause to be installed streetlights, of a type and in accordance with the approved plans and Town standards and of a type that are regularly available from the electric utility provider, concurrently with the construction of the streets on which they are located.

Streetlights. The Developer agrees to pay the cost of installation of Street Lighting along all public roadways improved as part of the Project, with said Street Lighting determined by Town Regulations and Final Project Documents.
