STPs. The Signaling Point of Interconnection for each link shall be located at a cross- connect element in the central office where the BellSouth STP is located. There shall be a DS1 or higher rate transport interface at each of the Signaling Points of interconnection. Each signaling link shall appear as a DS0 channel within the DS1 or higher rate interface.
