Common use of Storepersons, Tradespersons and Tradespersons Assistants Clause in Contracts

Storepersons, Tradespersons and Tradespersons Assistants. Shift Work – Hours will neither exceed seven (7) hours, 46 minutes per day nor 35 hours per week, or 70 hours per fortnight and will be worked as follows: i Day Shift – Between the spread of hours of 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. ii Afternoon Shift – Finishing after 6pm and before midnight Monday to Friday. iii Night Shift – Finishing after midnight and at or before 8am Monday to Friday.
